With more than thirty-five years of experience, Kurt Fischer, founding managing partner of the elite "World Gourmet Club," excels in all areas of food quality, menu and concept development, as well as food preparation and presentation.   Kurt is past President of the world's oldest gastronomic association, La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and distinguished visiting guest lecturer at the famed culinary institution, Johnson and Wales University.  As a business leader, Mr. Fischer believes he should give back to the community for what he has received.  Kurt founded the International Food & Beverage Forum, an industry brain trust of international importance.  He is both leader and participant in many food and beverage professional organizations, and has received numerous awards for his work within the industry, including the first Robert Mondavi Social Responsibility Award, the Silver Medal from the City of Paris, France, and the IFMA Food Service Operator of the Year Award, as well as Restaurant Wine Magazine’s Marketer of the Year Award.
