You began your career as a chef, commanding kitchens in such far-off places as Tunis and Madagascar. While other men may have been content with such a successful career, you were thinking ahead to the future of the industry. In more recent years, drawing on industry friends and colleagues around the world, you founded the International Food & Beverage Forum, which promotes global dialogue and fosters the education of young professionals. As president of the Forum, you have made an indelible mark at Johnson & Wales.
